I have a 2024 ZDX electric SUV. I bring it here for service. I love that they have given me a courtesy loaner every time I’ve had to leave my car. Because of my car being electric, only specially trained mechanics are allowed to work on it. This last time my car needed some warranty work done and they had to keep it for almost 2 weeks. I enjoyed driving the MDX loaner they gave me. I’ve got zero complaints and have only ever had good experiences here. I highly recommend Courtesy Acura. Their customer service is top notch!!!

Vanessa is always very kind and accommodating when I visit Acura. She goes above and beyond for me when I visit, most recently going out of her way to help me find the right wiper blade sizes and send me links to purchase them online before I brought them in to be installed during my oil change to honor the promo I was sent in the mail. She is attentive, notices small details, and goes out of her way to help me as much as she can. She is the reason I continue to visit the dealership for routine services!

I was specifically looking for a stick shift car for my son and Courtesy Acura happen to have a blue 2007 Mazda 3 that caught my eye. April Wilson was beyond helpful and did several favors for me throughout the process of deciding if I wanted this car or not. I did purchase the car and have owned it for about 2 or 3 months now. If you want a place that consistently delivers quality customer service this is it. It won’t matter if you’ve purchased your car from them. They are top notch. It’s worth the drive for me. I live in wheatridge and still make the drive down there- they can arrange for a loaner car- which is so helpful for me. I make the appointment drive down they do what’s needed and I pick it up the next day. I always do next day because I’m too busy to make the drive twice. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

Got an appointment right when I wanted and the work was done and completed the same day. The price was fair and I had a coupon to use also. Thru provided Uber both directions for me to get home and back. The car drives really well!

Curtesy Acura always lets me know the price of all services needed up front. I can choose which ones I want to take care of first. I also love that when I pick up my car, it has been washed and the inside cleaned as well!! Vanessa is always knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with!!
